It is simply one of his tactics. Scaremongering firstly the FA into naming Manure friendly referees for Manure games and secondly the named referees into making biased decisions. The man whilst obviously being an excellent trainer/manager has neither ethics nor scruples. I would love to see the F.A. take this seriously and impose a heavy ban, for once. Fines are no good, the club coughs up for them anyway. It would be good for the future of football in Blighty if the FA were seen to make a stance against his behaviour but they for some reason, appear to be in his pocket.

Probably either because they are unable to see it for what it is as you have stated or that they have no real power to do anything to stop him anyway, which is even more likely to be the case. CWL

Honest opinion...............No! Can always be proved wrong of course and in the case of Fergie probably way over due IMO. CWL

Have to agree but I can always hope The icing on the cake of course would be seeing Manure fall flat on their faces as a result of his behavior.

The ban stands, but there's no point in it since he can still phone down to the dugout to (pun intended) make the calls.
