He'll be soon gone then! heh heh To be truthful Canny if Ashley backs him then Ashley either does not care or he is thick but then he would not be as rich as he is without some nous.. If AP could keep his big gob shut and let the players do his talking then people would see what he was really made of. I regretfully have been round salesmen too long to recognise absolute, excessive, bullshit when it is spouted. All in all it makes for a typical close season for the toon with speculation abound similar I suppose to the Rooney gaff to keep us on our toes. I just wonder if the season ticket sales start going backwards what they will come up with next..   ATB |

Capt'n that's an easy one to answer...... Mikey will offer them cheap on a per match basis to those supporters that have remained season ticket holders followed by Club members. Should next season start well it will work... Should the season start not so well he will partially absorb the hit through increased TV revenue. Before eventually changing his manager again, which depending upon his next appointment may bring back some of the disaffected. He may know nowt about Football, but the guy knows how to make money which is all he is really interested in doing. Lights Oot!  |

I sincerely hope it works out for him however if by some chance we fail to better what has been served up this year I would think our "Manager"had better borrow Polly`s tin hat!!
