Big Spam takes over at the Hammers.......................

Former Toon manager Sam Allardyce has been declared the new manager at West Ham Utd. He takes over from Avram Grant who was sacked following defeat to Wigan last month.

Loved the sound bites as it was almost word for word what he said when coming to the Toon..............

I'll always admit he didn't get enough time at Gallowgate to weave his sports magic. However that said it honestly was not good to watch so perhaps always doomed to end in failure.

I have a strong suspicion Hammers fans will also turn against him should the style of play change dramatically.
