FFS, Magpie predicts a trouncing after building the opposition up as world beaters then goes overboard because the side manage a draw.... As for JC well he looked well out of his depth during that first half and it only makes me wonder just what went on at half time. Perhaps APee was allowed into the dressing room to give his insight, because something was clearly said during the interval... Either way I'll take the point regardless. CWL  Clearly only one up front ain't working. In matches where we are serously considered out matched from the start I wonder if Apee would put three up front and attack,attack attack. |

I'll also take the point. Toon spirit turned up in second half along with Ba but from where i was sitting and having seen endless replays Everton had 2, perfectly good goals disallowed. Had they been allowed then maybe our feathered friends prediction would have been the order of the day.  |

Fairsy I will accept The Toffees had one goal scratched that should have stood. However from where I was sitting and after a number of replays Anichebe was lucky to still be on the pitch to score the second Everton goal which did. Everton took full advantage against a Toon side with Krul, Colo, Tiote and Simpson all missing. The spine of our side all out as Magpie put it, yet Everton didn't win! Newcastle also made plenty of chances in that second half and may well have deserved to have won the game had the officials been more on top of the game. The stopping of play to book Pienaar when we were breaking away was another travesty. It works both ways... it could just as easy have been the predication made by myself, Marlene or WofT. That's the fun in the Predictions..... CWL  |

We can all nit pick as much as we like. On the day it was a 2 -2 draw which was fair enough in my opinion and it was MY prediction that was right. I TOLD YOU SO!!!! ;D ;D ;D Who do I sound like now?  |

Pardew states in the BBC wbsite interview that he instilled some motivation at half time. I would believe that Carver, was any case acting on the manager's instructions. No getting away from the fact that they seem to be a pretty good team - as are the present set of players but all agree that there is not enough depth.
One good thing is that have a number of utility players who are prepared to do a job anywhere on the park.
